How to use these questions
- Play one round of ten to twelve questions per category; four or five rounds comfortably fill an evening.
- Mix easy and hard questions: the easy ones keep everyone on board, the hard ones decide the winner.
- Have teams or players write their answer down before you read out the correct one, or the table will copy each other.
- Reveal each answer with a short explanation; that is often the best moment of the question.
- Quizzing for a holiday? Also see the sample questions on the Christmas quiz, Sinterklaas quiz and end-of-year quiz pages, or go straight to the 50 Christmas quiz questions with answers.
- Want a whole round on one subject? There are separate lists with 50 music quiz questions, 50 questions about the Netherlands and 40 Sinterklaas quiz questions.
- Want to pick by difficulty? Our 60 general knowledge questions are sorted from easy to hard.
